Yes, babes. This is a real business, run by real flops, shipping real merch worldwide. No scams, just slay ✨

Where do you ship from?

FlopShop™ runs global operations, baby. Our warehouses are based in Floptropica, the USA, China, and Australia — so no matter where you flop, we’ve got you covered.

Orders usually take 2 business days to process (up to 4 for printed tees during wild times like Christmas or Black Friday).

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can stalk your parcel in real time.

How long will it take to arrive?

Shipping times vary depending on where you live, but most orders land between 7 to 30 business days. We work with heaps of different couriers around the world — in the US, that’s usually USPS.

TL;DR: global shipping, local vibes.

My order’s late or damaged — help?!

Don’t stress, flop bestie. If your order’s MIA or something arrived broken, hit us up. We’ll investigate and sort it out with you — whether that’s a replacement or refund.

That said, once your package is marked as delivered, we can’t take responsibility for what happens next (e.g. stolen parcels or local postal chaos). But if there’s a problem, we’re here to help however we can.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Because many items are made to order, we can’t offer returns for change of mind — sorry, flop fam! But if your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue, contact us and we’ll fix it up.

Are sizes unisex?

Yep! Most of our apparel is unisex unless stated otherwise. Check the size guide on each product page to find your perfect fit — we want you flopping comfortably.
