Where do you ship from?
FlopShop® orders are prepared before they take flight. Flags take around two weeks to dispatch on average. Clothing is made to order, so production time can vary by item and demand.
As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking link. Dispatch time and shipping time are separate parts of the journey.
How long will it take to arrive?
We use tracked International Air Shipping to get FlopShop® orders moving around the world. For clothing shipped with this service, air shipping takes about 10 days on average after dispatch, with 95% delivered within 15 days.
Flags take around two weeks on average to dispatch before their air-shipping journey begins. Delivery estimates aren’t guarantees: customs checks, local carriers and peak periods can add time. We’ll send tracking when your parcel is on its way.
My order’s late or damaged... help?!
Don’t stress, flop bestie. If your order’s MIA or something arrived broken, hit us up. We’ll investigate and sort it out with you - whether that’s a replacement or refund.
That said, once your package is marked as delivered, we can’t take responsibility for what happens next (e.g. stolen parcels or local postal chaos). But if there’s a problem, we’re here to help however we can.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Because many items are made to order, we can’t offer returns for change of mind - sorry, flop fam! But if your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue, contact us and we’ll fix it up.
Are sizes unisex?
