Shipping & Delivery

FlopShop® ships worldwide using tracked shipping services.
All orders receive a real-time tracking link once dispatched, so you can stalk your parcel responsibly.

Made-to-Order Items

All FlopShop® products are made to order. Because of this, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Please double-check your order details (size, colour, address, vibes) before placing your order.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is incorrect

  • Does not arrive

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.

If, after review, the issue is deemed to be the fault of FlopShop®, we will either:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Provide a refund

The resolution will be determined based on the specific circumstances of the order.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once an order has been marked as delivered to the customer’s nominated address, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.

FlopShop® is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen from mailboxes, doorsteps, or properties after delivery.

We strongly recommend ensuring your delivery location is secure, or requesting that your delivery company does not leave your parcel unattended at your house.
